Abstract

The article deals with the relationship between human properties and the properties of the state and law. The concept of the immutable nature of man, state and law is proposed. The characteristic of a person as a citizen and a patriot is given. The essence of political alienation is revealed, the impossibility of its overcoming is explained. The features of the connection between the existence of personality and the existence of law are shown.
