Abstract
This article explains the key role of national law and national legal systems in the process of development of the state; prove that the content of a society is its scope of economic relations, as a form ofpolitical organization in favor of the state and the legal system. The ref ore the theory of economic determinism is false imperative that continues to have a destructive effect on the Russian economy and the value of the rights as a universal regulator ofpublic life belittled. It concludes that the economy as a system of economic relations - is secondary and depends on hand on the right and on the other side of subjective will.
