- Abstract
- The article addresses problems of lexicographic description of non-standard Russian language subsystems including local dialects, urban vernaculars, slang, social and professional jargons as well as such a non-codified version of the standard Russian as everyday speach. The main part of the article contains a description of the goals, tasks, principles and structure of the "Explanatory Dictionary of Russian Colloquial Words" which is being compiled under the supervision of the author.
