- Abstract
- In his defensive speeches the outstanding russian lawyer S.A. Andreyevski used literary texts and names of literary characters as a constructive element and a persuasive mean for the common juri. Considering the defender to be a «speaking writer», he used literary methods for characterization of defendants and for clarification of internal reasons of the crime.
