- Abstract
- To understand many causes of actual global crisis entirely does not mean to overcome it. Delighting quality general features of system crisizes in XIX-XX centuries, the author has stressed that actual crisis is not so cyclical but structural. It completely can be characterized as innovative. Serious intellectual challenge takes place meaning impossibility to conserve economic paradigm of previous decades. The article - warning about danger of illusion that state interference in economy is available to cure the failures of market. Besides, the article includes two main points. The first point -realized measures of developed countries on surviving national economies should be perceived critically, these measures must not be copied in Russia. The second point - today economic system of Russia is not ready for adequate transformation of institutional mechanism and to form moving forces for structural reconstruction and stimulus for modernization. Russia faced a scaled challenge. And transition to the trajectory of new sustainable growth depends on efficiency and decidedness of power auctions, responsibility and solidarity of the national elite.
