- Abstract
- According to some estimations, a state of dynamic chaos is quite probable in the Earth by mid21 century. After it one should expect either an anthropological disaster or transfer to the next stage of societal selforganization. To achieve the latter it is necessary either to alter Human being biological nature by reconstruction of Human genome or to embody the reason and social individuality in some nonbiological selforganizing system, e.g. to chose the way of transhumanistic transformation.
