Abstract
In the N.I. Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University hosted the first All-Russian scientific-practical conference devoted to topical issues of control and supervision in socially important areas of society and the state. The proposed and discussed topical issues of systems and mechanisms for the implementation of state control and supervision, the new forms of social control, the practice of parliamentary oversight. The review highlights the results and the main conclusions reached by the participants of the conference.
