Abstract
Based on the analysis of the constitutional principle of separation of powers deals with the functioning and interaction of the legislative, Executive and judicial branches of government in the system of law enforcement. It is proved that consolidated the functioning and interaction of branches of government is a prerequisite for effective law enforcement, in the enforcement mechanism whose primary place is given to the legislature.
