Abstract
The modern law enterprise regime the business activity implementation, testifies about close connection of economic processes in the country and law. The system of norms of an enterprise law and order as a basis of regulation of the economic relations is reinterpreted together with changes of the approaches to regulation existing and to development of economy new branches. The author presented system of law sources of the modern enterprise law. Separate types of sources and their value to public relations regulation are shown.
