Abstract
The article examines the legal regime of Federal information systems. The author believes that an important element of the regime is the analysis, processing and use of information in such information systems and draws attention to the importance of legal regulation of these aspects. The author shows the relationship between the legal regulation of the use of information and quality of decision making and quality in the development process of governmental information systems. The author also draws attention to the problem of the excessive burden of suppliers of information, which is to reclaim the "extra” information should not be used subsequently, and suggests possible directions for solving this problem.
