Abstract
This article examines approaches to the definition of presidential control in the Russian Federation, given their characteristics. The analysis of the constitutional and legal status of the chief federal inspector of subjects of Russian Federation in the plane carried out by him competence to ensure activity of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Federal district.
