- Abstract
- Specific features of articulation of Russian particles have not been adequately described so far. Experiment has been the basis for the study of regularities of vowel phonemes articulation in the unstressed particles KHOT' and MOL. In fact, non-reduction vowels these unstressed words make up 94 percent in the Russian literary language, the other articulatory variant having the utmost reduction degree. Results of the experiment show that the age of informants is irrelevant to the alternative distribution while distribution according to gender is obvious.
